Admin Setup Required

Before accessing the admin portal, you must have an active JiveID (registration instructions) and have configure PBX permissions.  If your JiveID has not been properly activated, you will not be able to log in. If you are the first administrator for your organization, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

1. Go to onjive.com.

2. Enter your Email Address (JiveID) and Password.

3. Click [LOGIN].

4. From the Services section, click your PBX.

5. Verify you are on the ADMIN tab.

6. Click [TRY THE NEW PORTAL].

Tip: The admin portal dashboard (or any other left sidebar tab) can be bookmarked to skip steps 4-6.
